A look at the park I build at Nub's Nob

For the last two years I have been working as terrain park manager
at Nub's Nob ski and snowboard area in Harbor Springs MI.
This year we are making a push to be one of the top parks in the MidWest
by bringing new and innovative ideas to the drawing table.
Check out some of the features We've put up this week!

Opening weekdend and the manna rail jam

So It Is Here!
Finaly, after a summer of waiting, the snow is piling up in the Mitten state!

Big things are happening at Nub's Nob this season. Charlie Hoffman and Myself are driving the terrain park bus full speed with plans on blowing shit up!
For opening day we planned a rail jam to benefit the Manna Food Project of Harbor Springs. Charlie and i MC'd, handed out prizes and had fun talking crap on the mic all day.

We raised $300 and rilled two donation bins with canned goods!
such a good event. over 100 kids came out and rode, got prizes, got stoked and had a super fun opening day.
It really felt good to be doing something that would benefit such a great cause!

Here are some pics from the event.
Cam Canupp from charlevoix, killin it.

Rian Lanum, overall winner

Lets play catch up!

It's been a while since I've been on here, and for that i say sorry!
Here is a bit of an update on what's going on with me.

This summer went well. I took a break from skating, or really, from anything that would jack my knees up; In an effort to let them heal and hopefully have a good chance at shredddddddding it up this year!
I hung out with Hucker.

Shot a bunch of wedding photos to make some $$$$

and Jumped on the tramp to keep my air awareness.

I spent the better part of my summer hanging with my brother Jeremy, fishing all around charlevoix. Bass, Salmon, Walleye, we tore it up!

It was an awesome summer and gave me a chance to just CHILL out.
I normally dont get to just have fun and hang, I'm always plotting and planning, skating, working etc..
Anyhow,
I feel rested and ready for the season which is just about to start here in Michigan.
My knees are pretty sore, all the time, all the time. But im going to push through the pain for one more season. Some of our laws are changing for healthcare in January and I'll be getting some good insurance. So hopefully by May I'm ready to have the surgery that will fix my knees and put me back at normal!

Stick around, the season is just kicing off!
